This a guide for the best smartphones that you can get for the price range of under Rs. 20,000 in Pakistan. I have picked 5 different budget cheap smart phones with 1 GB RAM that are worth buying. This is my personal opinion and you don't have to agree with my decision. There were some Qmobile phones in this price category that I have left because Qmobile is only selling numbers like 4 (Quad) core CPU. High resolution cameras with no good results, huge displays with below average color quality and much more. I am not saying that Qmobile phones are bad, they are good and you can buy them anytime if you like it but I would only recommend a Qmobile if you are on a budget and you want more hardware or greater hardware and you cannot afford a branded phone. So lets go ahead and have a look at a quick comparison of the phones that I have selected to be in our top 5.
These are the top 5 mobiles - Smartphones under Rs. 20,000 available in Pakistan
If I had to describe Moto G in one word I'ed say 'PERFECT', its that good. With a 4.5 720 x 1280 IPS 16M color display, 1 GB RAM, Snapdragon 400 1.2 Ghz processor, adreno 305 GPU, android KitKat, a 5MP more than enough camera and front facing camera, 8/16 GB storage options and pure vanilla stock android experience at exceptionally cheap price, the Moto G simply becomes the best phone in this price category. The display on the Moto G is superb with excellent color reproduction and contrast ratios, out door visibility is also well with no issues. The performance of the Moto G is superb, the phone works nice and fluid with a little or no lag, the pure stock android is smooth and responsive. The phone will run almost all the latest android games with no issues although some heavy games might lag a little, the 1 GB RAM is enough to hold your every day to tasks easily and get the phone running with lots of apps installed. The battery performance of the phone is one of the best that I have seen on a budget smart phone, the phone will give you a day and half worth of usage on a single charge or even more depends on how you use it. The design is nice, simple and compact, very sturdy and solidly build. The key feature of the phone is that it is water resistant, YES! water resistant up to 30 mins, We do not recommend that you should put your phone under water but if you happen to drop your phone in water by accident, your phone should be fine . The company does not say that it is water proof and they do not have any certification, but the phone did survive under water for 30 mins in real life. Enough reasons to get you convinced? I think yes. So go ahead and buy this phone if you have 20000 Rs. budget and you want full value for your money. Only draw backs should be the limited internal storage of only 8 GB, I recommend that you should add 3000 Rs. more and get the 16 GB variant for more space.
Lumia 525 is a successor to the previous out standing budget smart phone the lumia 520. The 520 had just one issue, the 512 MB of RAM which restricted the lumia 520 by not being able to run most of the games and apps from the windows store. Nokia have conquered that issue buy putting 1 GB of RAM in the same Lumia 520 and named it the Lumia 525. The 525 is now a complete windows phone, it will give you full flavor of the windows mobile OS with no restrictions. The phone is smooth and fluid in terms of performance, the camera on the phone is above average, the display is also pretty decent. So the Lumia 525 is the perfect of best budget windows phone and is a great phone to have.
the Xperia L is a beautiful looking handset from sony with brushed aluminium buttons like Xperia Z and a curved back like Xperia arc s. The Xperia L comes with a 4.3 inch display, 1 GB RAM, snapdragon dual core 1 Ghz processor, 8 GB of internal memory with SD card expandability, 8 MP camera with flash which is good enough for a average user and a front facing camera. Android jelly bean with Sony's timescape like UI that looks nice. Performance of the Xperia L is above average and is good enough for a average user. Although it will struggle with heavy games. Overall, Xperia L is a attractive package with decent price.
Xperia M comes with a dual core snapdragon processor, a 4 inch display, 1 GB of RAM, 5 MP camera with LED flash and a front facing camera, 4 GB internal memory and SD card support, A beautiful and handsome, compact design with glass and plastic finish and aluminium brushed buttons that are nice and responsive. So the Xperia M is quite like the xperia L with a few things less. like the camera, internal memory and smaller screen. The xperia M is cheaper than the Xperia L and is still a good phone with same performance.
